What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant will have experience of leading teams and managing change in order to create the very best educational experience for children.

The successful candidate will have high expectations of staff and students and will be able to communicate those expectations with clarity and enthusiasm thus inspiring others to be excellent. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing the quality of education that students experience in their time at Miltoncross. They will lead and motivate our staff team to ensure that we have an academically very successful student culture.
