Your Role as Deputy Headteacher

As Deputy Headteacher, you will:
Play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and direction of the school.
Work closely with the Headteacher and Leadership Team to drive high standards in teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes.
Lead on key areas such as curriculum development, teaching & learning, and staff professional development.
Support and develop staff, ensuring high-quality teaching across the school.
Champion a culture where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to achieve their best.
