What skills and experience we're looking for

We is seeking to appoint an outstanding Deputy Headteacher, with proven experience of delivering success on a whole school scale, to join our supportive Senior Leadership Team.

This role will provide an exciting and challenging opportunity for a current Deputy Head or an ambitious Assistant Head looking for the next step in their career.

As a Deputy Headteacher, you will:

  • Raise the standard of teaching and learning.
  • Promote the ethos of the school with pupils, students, parents and colleagues.
  • Maximise pupil achievement.
  • Safeguard and care for our pupils.
  • Develop our holistic education programme.

  • A proven track record as a successful Deputy/Assistant Headteacher or senior leader.
  • A passionate educator with a commitment to excellence and equity.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and lead others.
