Deputy Headteacher - SEMH Hub job summary
Wittering Primary School are seeking a new Deputy Headteacher and Lead for our new SEMH Hub. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a brand new Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Hub funded by the local authority. From the earliest stages of development, you will have the opportunity to shape the environment, curriculum, therapeutic offer, staffing structure and culture, ensuring that the provision meets the needs of pupils whilst remaining fully integrated within our mainstream school community. We are seeking an inspirational and ambitious leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for children with SEMH needs and who can help create an exceptional provision from the ground up.

The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced leadership team, strong local authority partnerships and the wider expertise available through Soke Education Trust.
