The Governing Body of St Catherine’s Catholic Primary School, Littlehampton is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Deputy Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and aspirational leader who is passionate about primary education, values teamwork, and believes every child deserves to thrive.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the leadership of the school, including responsibility for leading Religious Education and sharing responsibility for a class. For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity for this role to incorporate the position of SENDCo; in this case, the post would be non-class based.

• Able to identify strengths and weaknesses to further develop the potential of pupils and staff.
