What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a forward thinking and innovative individual, experienced in working at a strategic level, to join our growing leadership team. You will have a successful track record of leadership and management and will be an outstanding classroom practitioner. You will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to lead and motivate teams of staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our stunning school. Outcomes are exceptional and our recent Ofsted inspection stated, “There is enough evidence of improved performance to suggest that the school could be judged outstanding if we were to carry out a graded (section 5) inspection now.” Ofsted Feb 2023. The school also benefits from an Assisted Resource provision, catering for up to 25 pupils with SPL needs.
This is a non-class based post.
