Deputy Headteacher job summary
Thank you for your interest in the post of Deputy Headteacher at St. John Vianney Catholic Primary School. Our school has a warm feel with a strong Catholic ethos, and it maintains excellent standards as a top performing school in Blackpool due to the high-quality teaching and learning and our aspiration for all children to achieve.
St John Vianney is a two-form entry school with a Nursery and a SEND provision unit for 16 children with EHCPs. Our school is one of 34 English Hubs across England, selected for our expertise in teaching reading and for supporting schools in our surrounding area. Our children understand what it means to be SJV (Sincere, Joyful, and Virtuous), and they strive to live this out every day. The children are well behaved and love to be involved in all aspects of school life.
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader, a dynamic and inspirational practising Catholic to support the Head Teacher to take this school forward. Could this be you?
