The Spring Partnership Trust is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher at St Mary Cray Primary Academy. Experience of working as an Assistant Head or Senior Leader, being able to show that you have improved outcomes and learning and teaching, is essential.

Working closely with our other Spring Partnership Trust School, Elmstead Wood Primary, Hayes Primary, Midfield Primary School and Leesons Primary, this is an exciting time to join our team.
