DEPUTY HEADTEACHER Permanent & full time Salary L10 – L14 THE ROLE Following the promotion to Headship (within the trust) of the current post holder, the school seeks to appoint a well-qualified, motived, and enthusiastic colleague to fill this crucial role. The Deputy Headteacher will play a vital role in supporting the Headteacher in promoting the highly effective day to day leadership of Stradbroke High School. The Deputy Headteacher will be at the heart of the further development of the school on it’s journey to ‘Outstanding’ with a particular focus on continued curriculum development, assessment & data tracking, staff professional learning opportunities and internal quality assurance.
