Deputy Headteacher - Student Experience and DSL job summary

We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious Deputy Headteacher to join the senior leadership team at Crawshaw Academy.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced school leader who is passionate about ensuring every student has a positive experience of school and is supported to achieve their full potential.

Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in the strategic leadership and continued improvement of the school. Alongside your wider Deputy Headteacher responsibilities, you will lead Student Experience, with strategic responsibility for behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, inclusion and personal development.

As Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for safeguarding and child protection, ensuring effective systems and practices are embedded across the school and promoting a culture of vigilance and shared responsibility.
