Deputy Headteacher job summary
The successful candidate will be a confident individual with excellent leadership and organisational skills and will be an experienced senior leader with presence and drive. You will be joining a committed and energetic Senior Leadership Team and will need to demonstrate:
-An ability to strategically plan, evaluate impact and continually drive improvement
-Excellent interpersonal skills to lead, motivate and inspire staff and students to reach the highest levels of achievement
-An inspiring curriculum vision
-Impact on student progress and attainment
-A commitment to the School’s vision and ethos
-Passion and drive to make a difference and enable all students to fulfil their potential

We are looking for someone who will share our vision for moving the school forward and who has a set of skills and experience which will enhance the work we have started – we want a leader who can really make a difference.
