Deputy Head Opportunity at Tudor Grange Primary Academy Yew Tree:

We are excited to offer a leadership role as Deputy Head at Tudor Grange Primary Academy Yew Tree, a 2-11, one form entry primary school in central Solihull. Since joining Tudor Grange Academies Trust in 2019, our school has thrived within a network of esteemed institutions known for excellence in training and career development.

We seek a passionate and dedicated leader who is determined, resilient, and ambitious for both children and staff. The ideal candidate will possess high emotional intelligence and the ability to foster a culture of kindness with clear boundaries, ensuring children feel safe, heard, and valued.

As Deputy Head, you will support the Principal in driving an inclusive curriculum and leading the Academy’s future development. You will be well supported by the Trust.

Safeguarding and the welfare of children are paramount, and the successful applicant will require an Enhanced DBS check in line with safer recruitment guidelines.
