What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors seek to recruit two exceptional Deputy Headteachers who will support the Headteacher in all aspects of the operation of the school and in leading the implementation of Teaching & Learning and Curriculum developments.

These posts arise through the retirement of two long-serving and well-respected members of our leadership group. The successful candidates will:

• be highly motivated;
• have proven leadership abilities;
• have experience of leading teams of staff to promote excellent achievement;
• be committed to the development of all members of the school community as learners;
• be driven by the belief that every young person can succeed, given the chance.

Our new Deputy Headteachers will have an excellent work ethic, very good academic qualifications and a commitment to ensure that the education our students will be as good as they can receive in the very best schools, state or private.
