Deputy Headteacher with Kodesh job summary

Kisharon Noé School is seeking a committed, skilled and compassionate Deputy Headteacher with Kodesh to join our dedicated leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist SEND setting, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally.

You will provide leadership, development and management across the whole school curriculum to help us deliver high-quality, inclusive learning that reflects our journeys-based curriculum approach and the school’s strong values and ethos.

We are looking for a Deputy Head teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience of leading or contributing to the development of Kodesh, Jewish Studies, Jewish life or ethos within a school or educational setting
  • Demonstrates successful leadership experience within a SEND, specialist or highly inclusive setting.
  • Has experience of leading curriculum, teaching, assessment and pupil progress across a school or significant phase.
  • Can show experience of supporting, coaching and developing teaching staff and support staff.
  • Has experience of working effectively with parents, trustees, governors, external agencies and community stakeholders.
  • Has experience of, or a strong interest in, working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, preferably in early years education
