Governors are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher with strong early years’ pedagogy to join us at Perry Beeches Nursery School. The role offers an opportunity to work with a leadership team committed to delivering the best outcomes for all children in a busy environment which is exciting, challenging and highly rewarding.
‘Caring relationships and high levels of supervision make for a calm and safe environment for children to learn in. Staff use their skills and experience to appropriately respond to children’s needs and guide their learning and development. Children are inquisitive and interested learners. They feel safe, confident and are keen to share their experiences with visiting adults. Children attend school frequently, behave well and love coming to school. In July 2025 the school was deemed to require improvement following an Ofsted inspection. The school now benefits from an experienced and ambitious Interim Executive Board (IEB) that is supporting leaders to ensure outstanding outcomes for the children and community of Perry Beeches. This appointment is a part of that exciting piece of work as the school and its highly committed staff team makes strong progress.
