Salary: £52,204 - £55,396 per annum, including Fringe (inflationary pay rise pending)

Due to expansion of the Trust, an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Deputy IT Director – IT Support Manager to work alongside our experienced IT Director and his team.

This is a key role working at a senior level within our Central Team.

We are a dynamic cross phase Multi Academy Trust (MAT) based at locations across Hertfordshire and Central Bedfordshire, with central provision based in St Albans. We provide a high-quality education for more than 8 thousand children between the ages of 4 and 18; within our family of schools we have a nursery and first school, a primary, an all-through school, three secondaries and an extended secondary – with more schools expected to join us this year.

The successful candidate will:

- Work as a senior member of the IT team, ensuring all SET schools are supported to provide a quality education and support their communities.

- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations; the support of our IT teams and be pivotal in maintaining our excellent IT service to our schools.

- Have leadership experience and interpersonal skills, that will enable them to establish effective working relationships and inspire their team to deliver excellent IT service at every opportunity.

- Have exceptional communication and organisational skills.

- Be highly motivated and flexible with a “can do” approach that enables you to meet new challenges creatively and positively.
