Deputy Lead of Science job summary

Robert Smyth Academy are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic teacher looking to take the next step into leadership as a Deputy Head of Science.

The successful candidate will require a positive attitude to continuous improvement and lead by example. They will also need to have a flexibility to embrace change and implement new developments.
