Deputy Operations Manager
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Watling
Academy was judged as ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED in May 2023
and is a purpose-built secondary school in its fourth year of operation,
located within the Whitehouse development on the western expansion area of
Milton Keynes. The Academy will have 1800 students when at full capacity. Watling Academy is part of the Denbigh
Alliance MAT.
This
role will be focused on the Academy’s finance and business operations and will
also offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with
colleagues across the wider Operations team.
The
ideal candidate will be experienced in financial planning and operational
management, ideally in an educational setting, although this is not essential.
Success
in this role will require excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills,
in an environment where no two days are the same!
