You will lead significant whole‑school initiatives that deliver measurable impact, champion excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum design, and take a leading role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child. Through purposeful and collaborative leadership, you will support, develop, and line manage staff to secure sustained improvement, while nurturing a positive and inclusive culture rooted firmly in the Oasis ethos and values. You will work closely with parents, governors, partners, and the wider community and be a visible, inspirational presence across the academy, combining strategic leadership with an active teaching commitment that models exceptional practice.
We are looking for an exceptional leader who:
- Has a strong and demonstrable track record of raising standards and improving outcomes
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and relational skills
- Uses data expertly to evaluate impact and drive improvement
- Has experience of leading change successfully at senior or middle leadership level
- Is deeply committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and equality
- Shares and lives the Oasis values of hope, perseverance, inclusion, and healthy relationships
- This role would suit an experienced senior leader or an ambitious leader ready to take the next step in their leadership journey within a supportive, values‑led trust.
Oasis Academy Fir Vale is part of Oasis Community Learning, a national trust driven by a clear moral purpose: Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community.
