The successful candidate will have the vision and energy to engage and empower young people and colleagues alike and will be flexible, innovative and enjoy working collaboratively to secure the best possible outcomes for our students. They will support the SENCO to lead our strong, caring and committed inclusion team and will play a pivotal role in ensuring equality of opportunity for our SEND pupils and drive their excellent progress through high-quality teaching, learning, and additional provision.
