Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

The Role
Denbigh School is seeking a dedicated Deputy SENDCo to support the strategic and operational leadership of our SEND provision. Working closely with the SENDCo, you will play a key role in shaping inclusive teaching practices, leading the SEND team and ensuring students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities thrive both academically and personally.
You will be instrumental in supporting student transitions, reviewing Academic Profiles, coordinating interventions and leading on access arrangements and statutory processes, including EHC plans. As a line manager to members of the SEND team, your role will also include staff deployment, appraisal and contributing to the ongoing professional development of colleagues.
We are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable and proactive individual who can bring energy, empathy and expertise to a role that makes a lasting difference to young lives.
