Deputy Site Manager job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, hardworking and reliable Deputy Site Manager to join our existing Site Team. We are a large Junior School Community Academy with approximately 600 pupils based on a large site in Woolston. The role will be working on a rota basis with alternate early and late shifts each week with the Senior Site Manager.
You can expect every day to be varied and busy as you support our staff and pupils by providing a safe, secure and well maintained school environment.
Team working is an essential skill in this role as well as being able to demonstrate your ability to work independently with the direction of the Senior Site Manager and in line with the School’s vision. A good communicator, you’ll have skills to ensure the maintenance, upkeep and development of the school buildings and its infrastructure to required compliancy and cleanliness standards.
You will have a strong enthusiasm to work in a school environment and will have relevant experience in a similar role.
Interviews will be held on 7th December 2021 and candidates should expect to be on site for the complete day to complete a range of tasks which will demonstrate your skills and experience.
