Design & Technology Technician (Food & Textiles) H3 job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Design & Technology Technician, primarily to support our Food and Textiles lessons, helping to facilitate high-quality teaching within a friendly, successful, and well-resourced Technology Department.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking and flexible, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining and managing stocks of ingredients and materials.

Ordering and maintaining equipment, including sewing machines, ensuring they remain in safe and excellent working order.

Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering lessons within a well-organised and safe learning environment.
