What skills and experience we're looking for
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Appropriate qualifications at Level 2 and above which demonstrate the capability of managing a practical school environment
- English and maths at Grade C/4 or above at GCSE
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience of practical technology equipment
- Experience of risk assessment and Health and Safety at work
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of the use and safety features of a range of machinery important to design technology
- Ability to maintain clean, tidy and hygienic working environment
- Ability to follow instructions efficiently
- Practical skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills
- ICT literacy
- Administrative skills
