Design & Technology Technician job summary
The role will be mainly to support the teachers in preparing a safe and clean learning environment. This will be achieved via the management and delivery of the relevant materials, equipment and resources, maintaining tools and equipment and by supporting the teachers and students in the classroom.
Hours of Work: 18.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
We are looking for candidates who are experienced in a similar role or with relevant experience in the Design Technology field. General wood/metal working experience will be an advantage though not strictly necessary as training will be available. The ability to work with and relate positively to young people is essential.

Stowmarket High School is situated in picturesque mid Suffolk with excellent commuter links to Cambridge, Ipswich and Norwich.
