What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible person, with the ability to remain calm under pressure to join our Senior Leadership Team.

This is an all-year post, however we would consider term time plus two weeks (10 days) as a minimum.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience working in a similar role.
• Strong Knowledge of safeguarding.
• Experience in building strong relationships with student and family communities
