This is an exciting opportunity for someone that thrives on using their creative marketing skills to promote and make a real difference to our Trust, schools, staff and pupils. This is a new position within the Trust team with real scope to bring fresh new ideas to our marketing and communications strategies across the schools and Trust. We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our internal and external marketing, building and sustaining a coherent identity for the Trust and its schools, communicating our stories and successes to various audiences across a wide variety of media and social media platforms thus helping to raise its profile.

The role will involve working closely with the CEO, Central Team, and Headteachers and will also involve some administrative duties to help assist the Executive team.

Skills needed:

 Knowledge & experience of using different social media & communication platforms

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools

 Ability to create effective marketing to promote the Trust effectively

 Enthusiastic and action oriented

 Attention to details and organisation

 People Skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to use their own initiative and work without close supervision.

 Ability to achieve results and meet deadlines.

 An innovative approach and high energy levels

 The ability to manage conflicting priorities and changing requirements.

 Recognised qualification in marketing or digital design would be an advantage

 Flexiblity to adjust hours as needed
