What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an innovative Digital Learning Lead to drive digital learning, EdTech, and AI-enhanced practice across our Trust. You will empower staff and students to use technology confidently and effectively to improve teaching, learning, assessment, accessibility, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Trust’s digital learning strategy
  • Support staff to embed technology and AI in practice
  • Promote effective and inclusive use of EdTech
  • Work with leaders to ensure consistent implementation


About You:

  • Passionate about technology and AI in education
  • Experienced in digital learning or EdTech
  • Strong communicator who can support and inspire others
  • Strategic, proactive, and collaborative
