What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an innovative Digital Learning Lead to drive digital learning, EdTech, and AI-enhanced practice across our Trust. You will empower staff and students to use technology confidently and effectively to improve teaching, learning, assessment, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Trust’s digital learning strategy
- Support staff to embed technology and AI in practice
- Promote effective and inclusive use of EdTech
- Work with leaders to ensure consistent implementation
About You:
- Passionate about technology and AI in education
- Experienced in digital learning or EdTech
- Strong communicator who can support and inspire others
- Strategic, proactive, and collaborative
Please note: This is not a teaching role and not an IT technician role, but a strategic role focused on enhancing education through technology.
