We have an exciting opening for a Digital Projects & Data Transformation Lead to join our forward-thinking and innovative Trust which is based in Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire. We’re looking for an ambitious and visionary individual to lead the next phase of our digital and data transformation journey—driving innovation, improving systems, and enhancing outcomes across our services.

Aim and main purpose of the role:

Lead on the development and management of key data sets to ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity for reporting and strategic decision-making across the trust.

Develop and deliver high-quality data visualisations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Excel to support school improvement, governance scrutiny and central performance monitoring.

Support a digital culture across the trust by modelling good practice, coaching others, and embedding digital-first approaches to collaboration and decision-making.
