Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (including 5 training days)
Salary: Level 2A Point 3-4, £20,643.49 - £20,967.40 pro-rated (actual salary) per annum
Wootton Academy Trust are seeking a receptionists/administrator, to be located mainly at Wootton Upper School to join a supportive and friendly administrative team of 10.
The ideal candidate should have good interpersonal, IT and communication skills providing a warm welcome to all our pupils, families and visitors to the school.
You will provide effective administrative support for all aspects of the Trust's function as well as a fast, accurate and economical service of all printed and reprographic resources for the Trust.
You will be a reliable, organised and skilled receptionist/administrator who is able to assimilate information quickly and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders with the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions.
Closing Date: 09:00, Monday 11th July 2025.
