Robin Hood Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled individual to take on the role of Digital Transformation Lead—a strategically significant support staff position that sits at the heart of our mission to drive digital innovation across our nine schools.
This is an opportunity for someone with deep digital experience to influence practice and lead transformation, while operating outside the traditional teaching pay and conditions framework. The role is structured within our support staff team, with Trust-wide influence and high-level engagement.

Driving the Trust’s progression towards Google accreditation by embedding tools that streamline workflow, improve learning, and raise confidence.
Championing alignment between digital practice and curriculum delivery—working closely with school leaders and staff to bridge strategy and implementation.
Advising the Executive Team, providing strategic updates, analysis, and insight to inform our digital direction.
Who We Are Looking For
This role is designed for a support staff leader who brings:
A proven track record in Trust-wide (or equivalent scale) digital transformation—such as implementing cloud-based systems like Google Drive.
Significant experience delivering professional learning and digital training at a strategic level.
A deep understanding of curriculum demands and pedagogy, and how digital tools can enhance both.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire trust, influence practice, and lead change from within the support structure.
You will join a Trust committed to innovation, equity, and educational excellence—where digital is not a bolt-on, but a catalyst for improvement. While this is a support staff position, it comes with substantial influence, scope, and the chance to shape how technology enhances learning across an entire organisation.
