To direct and facilitate the development of safeguarding and child protection policies in conjunction with the Vice Principal (Designated Safeguarding Lead), Assistant Principal (DDSL) and the Safeguarding Coordinator to primarily oversee all complex safeguarding cases of Section 17 (CIN), Section 47 (CP), Alternative Provision and Young Carers along with other complex cases across both our Primary and Secondary phases of the school. To help lead on training, procedures and guidance for the whole Academy (4 -19) and to manage the coordination of referrals, arranging action and reviewing services for children and families.
