The Opportunity
This is a key leadership position offering a dynamic and forward-thinking professional a unique opportunity to join our Executive Team. You will be the architect of our voice , leading all communications across the Trust to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling , reflecting our core values, vision, and impact. Crucially, you will also provide comprehensive, proactive executive administrative support for the CEO, directly contributing to the Trust's strategic development.

What You Will Bring
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced individual who has:
Proven experience of working as part of an executive team and producing high-level, professional communications to stakeholders
A high level of discretion, combined with outstanding organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and manage competing deadlines
Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector, with demonstrable professional development in a relevant discipline
