We are looking for:

We are looking for an inspiring and ambitious Geography specialist to join our team as Director of EBacc. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator with a proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes to lead our EBacc Faculty. While the role is ideally suited to a Geography specialist, we also welcome applications from exceptional History specialists with the vision and leadership experience to drive excellence across the faculty.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the faculty, driving excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development while fostering a culture of high expectations, accountability and continuous improvement. They will lead and support colleagues to deliver an ambitious and engaging curriculum, use assessment and performance data to secure outstanding student progress, and play a key role in the wider leadership and strategic development of the school.

The ideal candidate will be a highly effective leader with strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to educational excellence and a passion for ensuring all students achieve their full potential. They will have specialist expertise in Geography or History and the ability to inspire both students and colleagues while promoting excellence across all EBacc subjects.
