What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced professional to provide robust Trust-wide leadership and implementation of the school improvement strategy. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be an advocate for the vision and aims of the Trust and support its mission to ensure our students experience an excellent education.

The Director of Education will achieve these goals by providing direct strategic and practical support and advice, as well as encouraging opportunities for challenge. A key feature will be to kindle positive relationships to help school leaders identify areas for improvements in the quality of education whilst developing collaborative, open and honest dialogues about each school's priorities.
