What skills and experience we're looking for

No English teacher doubts the power of their subject to change lives. But we need someone who wants to have an impact beyond their own classroom and lead a team of passionate professionals to get the best for every pupil.

We need an enthusiastic and dynamic practitioner to lead our English Department to ensure all pupils receive the best possible experience of this essential subject. The successful candidate will have a track record of excellence in the classroom and evidence of facilitating exceptional pupil outcomes.

Applicants will be able to lead the faculty and teach across all key stages. Applications are welcome from experienced leaders and well-qualified ambitious teachers with leadership skills looking to take their next step in professional development.
