Hours: 0.6 FTE (22.20hours (Consideration given to part time work) All Year round or on Term Time Only 42 weeks/year negotiable for the right candidate

Location - Flexibility can be offered and will be confirmed upon appointment. Travel to all Trust schools will be required.

Do you have professional experience of managing buildings/facilities, perhaps in the commercial sector? Would you like to transfer your skills to positively impacting on young people? St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a director of Estates who, with the oversight of the Chief Executive Officer, will develop and manage the Trust estate of 21 primary schools. You will have a small estates team to support you, an existing condition survey/plan and a healthy budget to work with.

We are looking for a strategically minded, and values-driven individual who is a good communicator with both contractors and clients and willing to get to grips with the level of statutory compliance required in the public sector.
