What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Estates to lead the management, development, and operational efficiency of our school estates. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of estate management, including facilities planning, maintenance, health and safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the Trust. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning environments of our students and the well-being of our staff.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with significant experience in estates or facilities management, preferably within an educational or public sector context. You will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, experience in project and budget management, and a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
What the school offers its staff
Vantage is a mixed CE Multi Academy Trust, which recognises and supports the individual ethos of non-faith schools; we are currently made up of six Church of England schools and four community schools.
