DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust (BILTT);a leading provider of special education, is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Trust.
Location: Kempston, Bedford
Start date - September 2025

This post offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic professional to join a growing multi-academy trust.
The Finance Director will provide strong leadership and strategic management of all aspects of finance, as well as contributing to the strategic direction of the Trust with all work being rooted in ensuring benefit to the learners and communities the Trust serves.
As a key member of the Central Team, you will play an important part in setting the direction of strategic development for the Trust. This will include keeping ahead of funding and legislative changes that apply to the education sector and providing the Board of Trustees with regular high-quality reports and strategic financial information to enable them to make informed financial decisions.
