Leigh Academy Blackheath is seeking an exceptional leader for our Director of Learning - Maths role. This is a pivotal middle-leadership position for a visionary practitioner ready to drive academic excellence and shape a world-class curriculum within our digital-forward academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a rigorous mathematical vision across all Key Stages.
  • Mentor a team of specialists to deliver high-impact, innovative teaching.
  • Monitor student progress meticulously to ensure gap-closing results and top-tier attainment.
  • Integrate digital technology and IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) principles into core learning.
