- Strong and effective leader of mathematics: someone who will lead a team of mathematics teachers and ensure excellent outcomes for young people.

- A Director: this could be someone who has previously experience as a Head of Maths, or someone who is ready to step up to this role.

- Someone who is committed to significantly improving the life chances of young people in our context.
