As a Director of Progress you will;
Be responsible for the personal welfare, personal development and academic development of every student within the group allocated to you
Lead the pastoral team in its responsibility for supporting, promoting and monitoring the personal development and academic progress of each student
Lead on professional development of the form tutors and pastoral team
Work collaboratively with the other Directors of Progress contributing to and impacting on whole academy initiatives.
This is a permanent position offering MPS/UPS commensurate with experience with TLR2b (£4,783).
