The school wishes to appoint a talented Director of Religious Education to lead this key area of the curriculum, further developing high quality teaching and learning that inspires students from Y7-Y13. The successful candidate should have a clear vision of how to drive curriculum development, through collaborative planning, to achieve high outcomes and positive engagement. Experience in working on relevant projects, leading staff, mentoring, quality assurance and CPD should position the right candidate to lead this core department in the next phase of its growth.
Applicants should be excellent classroom practitioners who explore innovative ways of delivering their subject. They should be able to teach across the age and ability range.
