This key leadership position offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement safeguarding and attendance strategy and practices throughout the Trust. As an integral member of the Executive Team, you will champion continuous improvement and set new standards of excellence. We're looking for an inspirational leader committed to cultivating a culture of safety, inclusivity, and collaboration.
