What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced leader who is an expert in school improvement and has recent or current experience as a HMI, or an OFSTED inspector. The School Improvement Director will have drive and enthusiasm to work collaboratively to develop the educational vision for the organisation and secure the highest quality of education for our learners.

What the school offers its staff

The Directors of the St Francis & St Clare Catholic MAC wish to appoint a School Improvement Director. This exciting new position will play a key role as part of the MAC (Trust) team. This will involve working closely with the CEO / CSEL, other school improvement colleagues and the individual school Principals to ensure St Francis & St Clare embeds its mission to transform the lives of children through partnership and collaboration - finding purpose, growth and wholeness.
