To become our new director of secondary education, you will be a credible leader with significant experience as a secondary headteacher, and a successful track record of leading and line managing headteachers. You will share our belief in the power of education to change lives and have the intellectual, interpersonal and operational capabilities to drive improvement on a national scale.
