We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to lead our sports development strategy for our academy. You'll lead a motivated team to increase opportunity and engagement in sports for all ages. You will bring innovation and a passion for delivering the very best learning experiences. We want someone who is keen to put their stamp on the Sports department to take us to the next level, whilst retaining our commitment to inclusion.
The Sports department is fortunate to be a well-resourced with access to a range of physical equipment aimed at different age groups. We are also an Apple school, and all our teachers and children have their own iPad.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading the Sports department to ensure that high quality teaching is offered to children in all age groups
• Establishing a stimulating environment for all children and actively promoting a love of sport.
• Developing an engaging curriculum with colleagues, using innovative approaches in line with the vision and ethos of the Academy
