What skills and experience we're looking for
- The role of Subject Leader - PE & Sport involves leading the strategic and day-to-day coordination of a subject area, driving high standards in teaching and learning, developing curriculum and staff expertise, and ensuring continuous improvement in student outcomes
- Applicants must be a qualified teacher with a degree in a related subject and UK-recognised teaching status (e.g. QTS, PGCE), with proven success in teaching of their subject
- Strong curriculum knowledge, including the National Curriculum and BTEC Post-16, with experience in target setting, assessment for learning, and improving student outcomes
- Committed to holistic education, with a clear understanding of effective teaching practices and a passion for extracurricular enrichment and inter-school competition.

We are proud to be an all-through Academy for students aged 3-19 and an Adult Learning Centre.
