Director of Sports and Performing Arts job summary

We are seeking to recruit a Director of Sports and Creative Arts, with a proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes. We are looking for someone with experience of effective delivery and monitoring of KS4 and KS5, including BTEC. We also need someone who can lead an exceptional extra-curricular offer. The right candidate will be able to lead and inspire the next generation of leaders.

We have excellent sporting facilities, including a sports centre, dance studio, field and swimming pool. We are a welcoming team that strive to provide an inclusive and supportive environment for our pupils and staff alike. Pupil behaviour, attitudes to learning and the quality of teaching and learning is very good. Our Sport faculty is fantastically well resourced and will continue to go from strength to strength.
