What skills and experience we're looking for
- Ability to deliver outstanding quality wave 1 teaching
- Ability to create and analyse data and other performance management and tracking and to translate into planning and targets for school improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences and a range of methods including communicating complex information in an inclusive way
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Ability to develop, deliver and facilitate training and other methods of development to enable a wide range of stakeholders to engage in school improvement
- Ability to self-motivate and work to challenging deadlines
- Ability to research and implement best and/or innovative practice to achieve excellent outcomes
- Competent in using database packages for assessment, progress and attainment
- Effective ICT skills
- Ability to empathise yet challenge
- Ability to safeguard children
